De situatie loopt uit de hand omdat ruzies escaleren. De ruzies gaan steeds een stapje verder en eindigen soms met geweld; er wordt geroepen, gescholden of geslagen.
Je doet je best maar zonder dat je het beseft maak je het misschien erger. Hoe jij reageert op je kind heeft een rechtstreeks effect op wat er gebeurt.
